Las Vegas Country Club
The Las Vegas Country Club is a private and elite equity membership club built by Marvin Kratter of Nevada Equities from the 1960s, which is now the favorite hideaway of stars and professional golfers.
The Club boasts of an 18-hole exquisitely manicured classic golf course designed by the legendary Ed Ault, a golf store, six indoor and outdoor tennis courts, racquetball, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a fitness center that is equipped with state-of-the-art aerobic and weight machines, dining room, men's and women's lounges, manhood bar, barber and manicurist, manhood grille and banquet facilities.
The golf course was completed in 1967 while the clubhouse, in 1968.
The Club underwent several ownership turnovers since is construction in the 1960s.
The group of Dalitz afterwards sold the Club into 40 of its members who left it as an equity kind membership, which still is until now.
The golf course underwent a major renovation to reconstruct all of the greens, bunkers and tees complexes and to replace its own 20-year-old irrigation system with Architect Mark Rathert doing the new layout.
The golf course has undergone a facelift but still keeps the standard appearance and playability.
The clubhouse of the Las Vegas Country Club boasts of modern amenities such as a Jacuzzitub, sauna, and an indoor exercise room, pro shop, men's grill, women's card area, snack bar, shoe shop and barber shop.
